Our Lady at Medjugorje purportedly delivers the message through the seers that the best form of fasting is on bread and water. She says that only by prayer and fasting can war be stopped.

While that may or may not be true in many peoples’ eyes, perhaps it’s worth experimenting with and trying because Russia is by all reports about to wage all-out war in Ukraine and no human intervention nor diplomacy has worked to stop Mr. Putin and the Kremlin.
