The problem with Kentucky health outcomes would only be made worse. Kentucky health stats are terrible, so now the whole country needs them? I don’t think so!

U.S. racehorses, most of whom are bred in Kentucky, have terrible problematic fractures. So now they want to ruin U.K. Thoroughbreds, too?
